ACC Network & ACC Network Extra
The ACC Network is a digital TV channel launched in 2019 that covers all things related to ACC sports. Many cable TV and cord-cutting providers carry the ACC Network such as DirecTV, Dish, Spectrum, Verizon Fios, HuluTV, PlayStation Vue and YouTube TV. In order to gain access to the live stream you will need to login using your cable credentials. The table below includes all cable providers, plans and live stream links.
ACCNX (Atlantic Coast Conference Network Extra) is a digital platform that live streams ACC basketball and football games not available on broadcast TV. You gain access to ACCNX for free once you have the ACC Network. The ACC and ESPN partnered to launch the platform in 2016 and its available exclusively through the WatchESPN site or the ESPN app.
You can use WatchESPN on any browser and use the ESPN app with all iOS and Android smart phones and tablets, Chromecast, Roku players, Samsung Smart TVs, smart TVs with androidtv, Playstation and Xbox gaming consoles, Amazon Fire devices and even the Oculus.
Both ACC Network and ACCNX cover all sports within the ACC such as football, baseball, soccer, gymnastics and volleyball. Along with this, both also feature live pre and post-game news and highlights.
While not all specifically related to basketball, the ACC Network is expected to carry around 1,300 games per year. In order to raise the amount of basketball games available on the network, the ACC agreed to expand its schedule to 20 games by the end of 2019.
ACC Basketball on ESPN Channels
A majority of all college basketball games will air on ESPN and it's group of TV channels including ESPN2, ESPN3, ESPNU and ESPNews. ESPN owns the broadcasting rights to most all conferences, including the ACC.
If an ACC game does not air exclusively on the ACC Network or ACC Network Extra, odds are it will be available through ESPN or one of it's channels. If it is on one of the channels, you are also able to live stream the game on the WatchESPN website or the ESPN app.
ESPN comes standard with most all basic cable subscriptions, which also usually comes with ESPN2 and in some cases even ESPN3, ESPNU and and ESPNews. This is not the case for every subscription, though with the majority. All live streams require you to login using your cable provider credentials, no matter if you subscribe to traditional cable, satellite TV or online cable companies (like YouTube TV).
